• This is a professionally managed boutique vacation rental property.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
• We manage multiple units in the building. While layouts and features are nearly identical, décor and furnishings may vary slightly from the photos.
• The property is 100% non-smoking. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking may result in immediate eviction and cancellation without refund.
• For security, recording cameras are located in public areas only, including the pool area, front of the building, and back alley by the garage dumpster. There are no cameras inside units or private spaces.
